9 Days Left

No, there hasn't been a time warp! I have pushed up my end date! I am giving my 2 weeks notice on June 8th. In my position, it is not uncommon for a company to escort you out when you quit. I know stuff! But just in case they want me to stick around I figured I would push up my quitting date just the same. It is so painful to be there now, especially now that I know I'm leaving. The politics are the worst. One guy I work with is a total ass kisser. Oh how that makes me want to vomit. He'll probably stay there forever because he knows how to play the game. They think they're playing him, but he's playing them right back. I guess that's his justice.

Ok, enough of the work report. It was bad, it was worse, but it ain't gettin' any better that's for sure!

Memorial Day Weekend was nice. Any weekend which involves a day off is nice! Friday night I went out for drinks, Saturday I ran a million errands, Sunday I shopped till I dropped! Literally! I had plans that night and had to cancel. Monday I went to see the Da Vinci Code. I really liked it. I think I might be the only person in the world who hasn't read that book!
